Where should I park?
We encourage all house tour guests and volunteers to park in the JAC-Mall lot at the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Fraternity Row. There will be shuttles running for the entirety of the house tour to transport guests to the Leighton Road area. The shuttle will drop at the welcome tent.

When will I receive my pre-purchased ticket?
This is a ticketless event. When you purchase your ticket online, you will receive an email receipt. You can show that receipt at the welcome tent at the pre-purchased ticket table. We will also have your name on our list. You will receive your armband and guidebook.

Can I buy tickets at the event?
Yes. Tickets will be available at the event for $40.00. Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase for $25.00 a piece or 5 for $100.00. At the event we accept cash, checks, VENMO, and VISA.

How does the house tour work? Where do we start?
Your day will begin at the welcome tent. There you will find the pre-purchased ticket and complimentary ticket lines. There will also be a line to purchase tickets and raffle tickets. You will receive and armband and a guidebook. This is a self-guided tour. You may begin at any of the seven houses. Golf carts are available to aid in transportation between houses. Many of the houses are very close together and walkable. The shuttles will be available to transport guest between Leighton Road, Pinecrest Drive, and the parking lot.

What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes for walking are suggested.

What if it rains?
The house tour will continue even when it rains. Bring along an umbrella and we encourage a shoe bag to remove shoes in the homes, if necessary.
